Yo, welcome to my suggestion thread. i'd like to suggest the following.

1.) Graphics section ( i would help alot with this. )
 a.Graphic services
 b.Rate my graphics
 c.Graphics tutorials

2.)Monetizing 
   a.Monetizing techniques
   b.Amazon
   c.Social engineering <- Maybe 

3.)Marketplace
  a.Peak's blackmarket (Peakforum's marketplace.) 
  b.Peak's credits trading (Peakforum's only credits trading section.)
  b.Price checking

1.)Shoutbox (This should be added with no doubt.)

2.)Spoiler option 

3.)Hidden content (I don't really think we need this for now, but i'll still add it.)

4.)Signatures (Signatures should be enabled for everyone, but people can buy extra space for signature using credits.!)

5.)Emoji's (Twitch emoji's shall be added.!)

- The graphics section is something that was suggested before and it may be a great idea to have it added onto the forum. I think it would be better to have those three graphics forums just in one until we grow bigger as a forum
- Monetizing may not be a great addition until we get bigger as a forum but any topics regarding this can be posted in The Lounge area until we get one
- Marketplace is something we may also add as we did have a credit area for discussion and trades regarding that but we removed it after our recent upgrade. This will be coming back in a little while

- I'm not a massive fan of a shoutbox and most admins won't be either as it tends to take activity away from the main forums and this can especially be a big problem for smaller forums such as ourselves for the moment.
- Hidden conntent as in reply to view/pay to view?
- I think it's better to have signatures for upgraded members as we can get a lot of people just registering to use signature space as advertising space. It also acts as an extra incentive to upgrade your account
- What kind of emoji's are you thinking of? Just the twitch symbol or the others one on there as well?

Yes, would love to see a graphics section!
Maybe you create signature rules? like make advertising not allowed in signatures.
Emoji's yes, mostly twitch symbols (Kappa and etc.) 
Reply to view hidden content, for example i wrote a menotizing method in the menotizing section or a graphics tutorial a guest wants to see the content but he won't be able to untill he registers and posts a reply in the thread this would help alot tbh.

Well they can advertise threads in forum but nothing out of the forum maybe idk

I would suggest the forum not get too big before it can handle it. Empty looking forums make people think a forum is dead and it drives guests away. A shout box traditionally reduces activity. I like this board so far but it desperately needs activity if it's going to grow.

True i've just thought about that. But maybe adding one section won't hurt? like graphics but I still agree with your point

+1 on that. The struggle of finding a dark one to suit the theme is madness. I will try and get a much better looking one soon for you

I would also disagree with a shout box. Since this is a general discussion forum that depends on posting about general things at the sections, shout box may bring more harm to us than other forums. kingcool has addressed the other points, no more addition for me.
