How do you find adult life nowadays? Do you think that you were given the right and enough advice to get started in life as an adult or do you think you're just living every day as it comes?

I personally think more could have been done to set younger people up before adulthood. You're expected to know so much and a lot of the time it's difficult to get things right and navigate it all. What is your take on 'adulting'?

I don't like it. Send me back in time please.

In all seriousness, nobody prepared me for the "real world" as a kid. I had no idea what to expect. School gave me a basic education but it didn't prepare me for everyday life. Nobody teaches you about taxes, credit or mortgages, budgeting, etc. These are things it should be essential to learn as a kid so you're prepared.

Adulting is hard! They really don't prepare you when you're younger for how difficult the responsibilities are for adults. Paying bills, navigating insurances and money/savings accounts is so complicated. Finding that illusive work/life balance is also something I am yet to quite understand.

Being and adult is definitely no easy feat but it's one of those things that you just have to get on with don't you? It's tough for sure but then again everyone has to go through with it and some people's experiences will be harder than others. It would be hard for schools to prepare you for adult life though, like there is so much to cover!?

Adult life is hard to get on with but I suppose that is part of the challenge of life, right? It has been hard to get used to having to pay bills, get to appointments and make sure the house has food and is clean but I think it's better than being a kid and having to be told what you can and cannot do.

Being an adult is so hard. And there is so many things that no one ever teaches you. I really don't understand why there isn't a subject at school which covers 'adulting' - from cleaning to finances to running a house its so overwhelming. I think I am starting to get the hang of it now but when I first moved out it was overwhelming.

I will always say it any time that adult life is a set up. This is as a result of how difficult it is to survive as an adult. No one ever told me it's going to be this difficult and not even my parents. It's now that I understand what they pass through in training me.

The truth is that no amount of tips or advice can prepare anyone for what adulthood has in stock. You will always face challenges along the line and being able to stand firm is what makes the difference at the end of the day.

At times, I just wish I never grew up.
Most times. I sit and wish I could go back in time. Where I don't have to hustle over anything. Where I eat and sleep and play ;)

Seriously, it's very challenging growing up. A lot of people are struggling to make ends meet but it's very difficult. If you are never serious in life, when adulthood happens to you, your eyes will become very wide.

I find adulting obnoxious. I find soccer moms obnoxious. No, just kidding. Well, you know being an adult is tough these days with all this inflation. One problem I have is getting all my musical and math knowledge and translating it into a career - because I can do better than minimum wage, but that's not insulting those who do those jobs.
