A house of your own

I do hope to own a house one day, with a nice yard, a special room for my gaming and PC needs and facing the sun just right to get the warm room feeling.
I do own a house me and it's fantastic. The mortgage isn't that bad if you look after your money. Everyone if you buy your house, ask for advice first because you know what you are doing.
We had a house but we sold it because it was too small. Now we are renting a house for 12 months so that we can take the time to get to know the area before we commit to a mortgage. I don't like staying in apartments. I love the freedom of being in your own space.

I do own my own home. This was my first house I've had. It's a four bedroom, three full bathrooms, and two stories. It sits on about a half acre of land and has a fenced in backyard that's perfect for my pup. Honestly, I love my house. We got it for a steal: $116,000. The best part is that it's located in a country-like area.

I totally agree with you! I have in a 24 month lease right now (the first 12 months is almost over) and I absolutely love the area I live in, I am extremely hopeful to buy a house in this same area after my lease is up!

The house was in great shape when we bought it. It had a whole new roof, new water heater, new AC and carpet. The owners had bought a brand new fridge that they gave us with the house. It came equipped with a dining table set, double oven, and washer and dryer. Since we've moved in, my sister's dog has destroyed the carpet, the back door, and the baseboards. My puppy has eating a windowsill. But, otherwise it's a great house. :D

We bought the house in May of 2013 just after we were wed. Actually, his parents found the house and recommended we take a look at it. I fell in love with it the minute I saw it and met the neighbors. The fireplace, fenced in backyard, and jacuzzi garden tub in the master suite was enough to get my vote. :D
