The sad thing is the child will be given back to the parent. They usually are. Why do courts feel that the parent is always the best choice?
They showed on CNN a mom & her boyfriend had duct taped her 2 yo to a wall & took pics of him crying & scared. They also taped his sippy cup just out of reach to watch him cry.
DCFS tales a long, long time to remove children and even longer to terminate the parental rights. If you knew the whole story of what my kids went through with their birthfamily, or any of the thousands like them you would be heartbroken.
