Motivation is a huge part along with maturity. There are a lot of athletic freaks out there that don't succeed for various reasons. But whatever has been helping him these past few games needs to keep up for sure.
I would have to say MMA for the same reason. Originally I was going to say soccer because you have to run around for 90 minutes so I think those are the top two.
That's my motivation to do it when I do it. I usually can make it 3-4 times a week which is better then nothing I guess. I'm just worried if doing P90x which is suppose to be done every day, that if taking a few days off will effect it a lot. I just want to gain 20 pounds or so of muscle by May.
I would hardly say his career is over, he should play opening day and we'll see how the first couple weeks go. He's fully participating in drills with no symptoms so far so we'll see how that goes.
How do you get motivated to weightlift? I want to enjoy it but it's just one of the most boring things in the world to me. I'm trying P90x to gain some muscle but I can't find motivation to take an hour out of my day to do this.
It would all depend on the type of players I had, if I got to choose my own squad then I would have a really good slot receiver and run a lot of 3 WR sets with a nice power back to change things up in the middle.
The strategy of trading picks seems to be getting them to Super Bowls. I know it must be frustrating for a fan but I expect them to do the same this year, maybe keep a first and a second and take defensive players while trading the other two high picks.
