    Tips for working overnight

    I worked 11-7 for many years - it is hard and you kind of never catch up on your sleep. I would also split my sleep. If you can catch 3 hours when you get home you are able to function and sleep again for a few hours before going in. I have worked full and part time nights - full time is easier...

    Hormones are not to be taken as preventative medicine - as mentioned breast cancer is a risk as well as heart issues. I think you will be fine - see how it goes. If you start having symptoms then talk with your doctor!

    I had a partial hysterectomy 7 years ago at the age of 31. As previously mentioned your ovaries will still produce hormones - although my doctor did tell me at the time of my surgery that due to the decreased blood flow to the area with the loss of the uterus to be prepared for early menapause...

    I also had terrible bleeding for over 2 years and my gyne kept telling me i was getting older(I was 30 at the time) I finally switched doctors and he found a fibroid tumor and I also had a partial hysterecotmy.
