    One of my sisters never sends my husband a birthday card. this pisses me off. DH doesn't care, but it annoys the crap out of me.

    that's why I changed it now. I figured if I keep the avatar, it wouldn't be a huge shock at the new site. well, to some anyway. lucky day! that means Little Buttercup, Dusty Bottoms, and Ned Nederlander are still up for grabs :girl:

    Daylight Savings Time- this weekend

    Thanks for posting, I hadn't heard. With an infant in the house, I'm not sure one measly hour lost to DST will even be noticed here.... I think I need to sleep for twelve hours straight to catch up. One more hour is just a drop in the bucket.

    Ginger tea

    I recently bought it on Amazon (I want to say it was Yogi Tea brand). Not sure if this is exactly what I bought (I thought I bought pure ginger tea and this has a few other herbs), but here is a link to a product. I love ginger tea; it helps with nausea and other stomach issues.

    But I don't want to be on facebook, even fake. I just want her to post the pics here. I did send her the buttercup pics eventually. You know, after having labor induced for 48 hours a nd not eating or sleeping for days and being cut open and having a newborn and learning to breastfeed...

    Thanks so much, you guys. I am feeling pretty good, all things considered. Learning lots of stuff, the latest is if I sit in the same chair and hold the baby the same way every time, my shoulder cramps up :dunce: It is scary and challenging and overwhelming, but this is some of the best time...
