    i sleep with a pillow. but I've read that if you ave back problems it is much better to sleep without one.

    Some countries find alcohol drinking ok. I it is fine as long as you know your limit. Drinking up to the point that you are wasted is a bad thing. That's where the problem begins. So drink right with families and friends and just enjoy.

    I work from home too. I used to be in a big circle of friends. I still try to connect with them once in a while. As you age I guess it's true that your priorities change and so as your friends.

    Suicide

    Yeah! that's why if we know someone who is depressed. Don't just judge them. Comfort is what they need. Assurance that they are not alone. In times like it is important that they have a hand to hold on.

    Do you know anyone who suffers from insanity?

    I got a really close friend whose suffering from a post natal depression. She a bit better now but she is not the same person as before. I try to be as jolly as just like what we normally do. but it is never the same with her. she takes medicines for her to get comfortable and have good sleep.
