Ok here is a new one for you.....

I'll post a food, next person will say yum or yuk and post they next food....

Depends on how it's made...can be a yum:

1 lg. rutabaga (peeled and sliced)
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar (scant) mixed with a pinch of cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sliced apple (peeled)
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. flour

Cook rutabaga in small amount of boiling water until tender and drain and mash adding butter. Toss sliced apples with brown sugar cinnamon mixture. Arrange alternate layers of mashed rutabaga and sliced apples in greased 2 quart casserole, beginning and ending with rutabaga. Mix together until crumbly flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

hmm that sounds interesting... I just make mine like mashed potatoes... with a little extra butter and less milk.... salt and pepper to taste...
