Work Christmas Party

Where my mom used to work, the boss held a Secret Santa the week before Christmas. In preparation for the event, my mom and dad would decorate the office space with all kinds of Christmas decorations from candy, to snow, snowflakes, presents, Christmas trees, sleighs, gingerbread houses, and everything else that associated with the Holiday.

Since the office space was huge and my parents wanted the area extremely detailed, they dragged us (my brother and I) along in helping them decorate, which back then I hated but looking in the past now, I miss very much. Finishing was a giant accomplishment, and during the day of the gift exchange, we would have tons of treats like gingerbread men and Christmas strawberry chocolate cake. Delicious indeed! When the event ended, the boss would give his employees a fifty dollar gift card to iTunes. What a generous person he was....

Well, this hasn't happened again in about four years now, after my mom's boss died from diabetes... Those are memories that last forever anyways.

There planning one for my work, granted all the people I work with are nearly 20 years older than me so I tend to skip out of them.

I think they do for the managers, but not for crew. Used to have picnic's in the summer but no one hardly went to those so I think they stopped those.
