What is your internet speed?

You can check your internet speed by going to fast.com (you don't have to enter any details, the website will automatically check your internet speed). The ISP claims that the internet package I have subscribed to will give me 150 mbps, however, I don't receive more than 50 mbps. I have not complained to ISP yet because I have not experienced any connectivity issues.

You can still write them to make that it's not a problem from your end that you don't have 150 mbps yet. Even though you don't have any problems with your connectivity yet, you shouldn't look over it. I currently have 100 mbps.
