Both free hosts, so both terrible in my opinion. Free hosting is normally always unreliable, slow & you tend to get some rubbish control panel. I don't think I've yet used a free host with a high uptime, good support, uptodate software, cPanel and generally quality. Tikolah were decent, however they're been done for the last 3-4 days, I'm going to switch when they're back up.

but in my country are many who consider that Hostgator is a good hoster

Currently I am using 9cubehosting.com for my linux web hosting at low price.Their services are really good.I have been using their services for the past one year yet I didn't get any issue related to my hosting.
