To stay in shape, I eat less later in the day. As I approach dinner, I eat healthily but light. I avoid midnight snacks or eating before sleeping. I shut the door on stress which is a key contributor to poor health. I get a therapeutic massage at least once a week. It helps in the function improvement of the circulatory, muscular, skeletal, nervous, and lymphatic systems and is good to ease headaches, tension, insomnia, anxiety, allergies, arthritis, asthma, digestive disorders, myofascial pain, and sinusitis. I sleep at least 6 hours a day. During sleep, your body is able to rest and recover from all the work done throughout the day. Your mind is also allowed to clear itself to get you ready for tomorrow. I quit smoking. Smoking is not only detrimental to your health, it is deadly! Laugh. It is really the best medicine. When you laugh, your immune system is boosted; high-blood pressure is controlled; the heart and lungs become stronger, and overall, you feel awesome!Last but not the least I practice yoga to tone my body.
