Boone I feel your Pain. I live where the only food is in a Dining hall(if you call that food). I live on pizza and stuff like that. I would recomend that you find a cheep local family resturaunt for these days. And mth if you are cookin i will be there i love pasta.

Boston Market is horrible! The last three times I ate there, I got sick from it.
Regardless of whether you are a bachelor or not, that's nowhere remotely close to home cookin'.
Some quick and easy bachelor meals...
Pasta - so easy, even I can make it well.
Rice - 2 cups water for every cup of rice. High flame until it boils, then reduce to simmer for 15 minutes. DONE!
Steak - depending on the cut you get, it can be cheap, and it's really easy to make.
Chicken breasts - cheap, healthy, can be prepared in 1000 different ways.
If you guys want, my brother makes a living running email mailing lists, one of which is his fiance's Recipe-A-Day list. If you're interested, let me know (I don't want it to seem like I'm doing some kind of promotion for his lists or site).

You guys could always buy one of those cookbooks for bachelors. I mean, the stuff won't be too creative, but it'll be easy. Otherwise, DD is right. If you just go through the grocery store, there's *lots* of easy stuff to make..like mac and cheese with tuna and mixed veggies stirred in. (No, that's not my cravings talking..it's good.)
