I have had all 2 at once and believe me when I say that Running stomach is the best. And that is because I was home.
If you go through the kind of headache I had 2 weeks ago, you will beg GOD to cut off the head instead.

So between Running stomach and headache which would you prefer and why?

I would like to have any of them at all. This is because I can't feel comfortable with either of them. With headache, it would like I'm in hell and with running stomach, I would definitely pass out.

I can still manage having a headache and do whatever I want to do in a day. But for running stomach which I used to call purging, that's horrible. You can't leave the house because you will always have the need to use the toilet .

Depending on how serious the headache is, there are some pills which you can actually take and they are going to handle it immediately but when it comes to having running stomach, you will be completely incapacitated from doing any other thing and you are going to be restless.

I don't think that I am going to be ever comfortable with having a running stomach. It is more like messing up my whole day as far as I am concerned. For headache, I can be able to cope, but not a running stomach.

I can't forget my experience one time when I was travelling and started having running stomach all of a sudden. The whole journey was messed up for me because we had to stop frequently for me to go into the bus and take care of business.

I wouldn’t be too comfortable with dealing with either, but I’d rather deal with a headache than an upset stomach.

I tend to suffer headaches frequently as it's a symptom on fibromyalgia and I have had some of the worst migraines. Due to this, I would much prefer to have a headache.
