I am doing an Excel import of over 100 email accounts and everything looks good with the username field. I have the full email address of each user. I understand that this need to be the full email address. Is there another format for the username?

I think that the format that you're making use of works just fine. Personally, I wouldn't bother looking for another format when the one I'm currently working with gives me everything I want.
