Hey, I was wondering if this was true. I have a HP computer with a celeron processor that is 400 mHz. My friend told me that since I have a HP computer with a Phoenix Bios (not the most recent either), that I wouldn't be able to overclock my computer. If I can, can someone PLEASE tell me how? Thanks a ton.
Most of the time when you buy a computer from any of the big companies your pretty much stuck with what they want to let you do. Most use motherboards that can only be updated thru their control. Which in turn means hardly ever. Why should they allow you to upgrade when they can sell you a whole new system
