Do you think human beings can actually live on Mars in 5-10 years, just like Elon Musk says? I believe human beings will be able to set foot on Mars by 2025, but I don't think human beings will be able to live in Martia sold in 5-10 years. However, I think in the distant future, this will be absolutely possible.
Well, at least for the USA, this is a joke, considering people can't even pay for gas and food, lol. A lot needs to be done to stabilize the world's economy before venturing out. However, though, space colonization could be a way to reduce over-population. I mean, the Earth's population had increased from a billion to 7 billion in the 20th century.
This is going to be difficult, for now. I mean anyone being able to live there will mean spending in large sums of dollars. This is something not everyone can afford yet.
I do believe that at some point we will be able to live on Mars but it is going to take a long time. 5 - 10 years seems a little too eager especially with how things are at the moment here on earth. 5 - 10 years seems about right for stepping foot on mars but not for living there as we do now on earth.
