I have a laptop Dell Inspiron and it's kind of old now it's about 4yrs of age. I've been encountering lots of problems with my laptop lately. I've noticed that my laptop has been blinking a red light. I don't have any ideas why it's been blinking. I know that my laptop is too old but it's still working and I can still use it every day.

Do you have any ideas what might have been caused? Is it connected to the battery?

Can you take a photo of it with the light on? There’ll be a symbol I’ll be able to connect to a cause, but I can’t see it.
It's always blinking a red light. I've read forums lately from Dell saying that I should update my bios and if doesn't work then try to disconnect the battery. I'd tried to disconnect the battery but it doesn't work. Maybe the battery should be replaced a new one. I hope the price of the battery is not that much expensive.
Here is the picture:

Yes, with the room light on. I still can't make out what the symbol on the light is.
It's okay it's still working, though I need to charge it every time I use my laptop. I still haven't tried to update my bios. Do you happen to know how to update the bios? Do I really need to be in Bios? Because it has a password so I don't know how to operate the bios.
