laptop or pc?

I like my PC just because of its absolutely stunning performance. I do have a laptop, but I only use it for college and studying. I prefer the PC because its my gaming machine :)

I'd rather use a laptop personally. I like the option of being able to work in different areas even though I rarely move it off my desk anyway. XD

I use my laptop for all my gaming right now. Granted, I'd love to have a PC gaming system for World of Warcraft and a few other games. Either way, games play well on my Macbook.

Luckily WoW doesn't actually require a real gaming PC to play it well :)

Granted the game runs on an older engine, Blizzard has done a great job keeping older computers able to play their game :P

Yeah, it runs decent on my dell. Its a few years old. Granted it wasn't that old when I was playing WoW on it. But nothing worse then getting a game and not being able to play it cause of computer issues.

I actually prefer a Laptop to a PC. For me, I don't like the wires a PC has and because of this it is not that portable. I prefer a Laptop over a PC because of the portability, and the fact it has less wires involved. I have never had any issues with my Laptop and it has always been great for what I use it for.

I use both for different things most of the time. I like my laptop for portability, but I also tend to have more issues with it than the desktop in regards to parts malfunctioning. I've had a fan die, multiple battery issues...Etc. But it's still got it's good uses usually.

I've never had an laptop so that says a lot.

I like to think that using a laptop us more "flexible" with your lifestyle as you can move around with it.

I like desktops because that's what I'm used to. However, though, as others have stated, the portability of a laptop is an advantage. In fact, a tablet/laptop (tablet with keyboard) is something I'd like to have for vacations etc..

Definitely a Laptop. :D I dont sit in the same place when im on my laptop, sometimes on the couch, sometimes on the bed. :P It would annoy me to have to keep sitting in the same place and same room each time i wanted to go online or use the computer if it was a PC on a deck :P

A desktop computer is obviously (in most cases) more powerful than a laptop, but I prefer a laptop. The reason is pretty simple: it's because of its mobility. I move around a lot, and most days I use my computer at the university, at cafes as well as at home. In addition to that I spend summers and winters at my parents' house, and travel a lot, so having a laptop is kind of essential.
