I've heard that being vegan is stricter than being vegetarian, however I'm not too sure of what consists of a vegan diet as I'm not vegan myself? Can any vegans on here please enlighten me? Thanks a lot! And you personally? Are you vegan or not TBH for you personally?
I am not vegan myself but I do know that people who consider themselves vegan do not have any kind of food that comes from an animal at all. So for example, much like vegetarians do not eat meat, vegans will not eat meat, fish, or dairy products that are made from the milk of an animal such as yogurts, milk, and cheese. I know they also do not eat things that contain gelatin as well as that come from an animal as well.
I am not a vegan. I eat all types of food but always careful about not making mistakes with how I eat processed foods because some of them can be harmful in the long-run.
