How to setup MobileSync email on Windows Phone

Note: It is recommended to turn off wifi on your device before proceeding and instead use your mobile network only.

This article will assist you with setting up your Windows Mobile or Tablet device, using Mobile Sync, for your Hosted Mailbox.

Tap the Windows button and locate the "Settings" option from the Application Menu.

Tap "email+accounts".

Tap "add an account".

Tap "advanced setup".

Enter the following details:

1. "Email Address": Your email address
2. "Password": Your mailbox password

1. Tap "sign in".
2. Tap "Exchange ActiveSync".

Enter the following details:

1. "User name": Your email address
2. "Domain": Leave this blank
3. "Server": mobilesync.emailsrvr.com

1. Tap "sign in".
2. Now you're done! Your mailbox should begin syncing within a few minutes.
