To forward all incoming email from your Outlook.com or Hotmail.com account to Thexyz you can login to Outlook and follow these steps:
On the top right there is a cog wheel icon, click on it and select Options or Account Settings.

Under the Accounts menu select Forwarding or Email Forwarding depending on your version.

You can here add the email address you wish to forward email to. There is a check box that allows you to keep a copy of the forwarded email on Outlook.com as well as the destination address.
Click Save to save your settings.
