How many hours do you spend online?

I work online, a large portion of my work involves working on blogs and websites, social media sites, freelancing platforms, forums, discussion boards, etc. Therefore, every day I spend 8-10 hours online. Even when I am writing, which is completely an offline job, I frequently go online because I need to constantly research my topics.

If I don't spend at least 15 hours online on daily basis, it means that I'm not doing enough. Most of my work are carried out online. I can get hooked up online all day long.

I try to minimise my time online as I could probably spend 5/6 hours per day (not including work) if im not careful and I personally think that is too much for me. I want to try and limit my self to 2/3 hours to ensure that I can balance my life a bit more. When I am online I tend to look at forums and social media mainly.

I would say that I spend around 10 - 12 hours online on most days working and catching up on things I need to catch up on.

I need to secure myself at least a day off when I can as burn out can be a very real thing.

I usually don't leave my screen when I'm awake. If I'm not on my laptop. I'm still online with my phone.

I have an offline job, and it eats into the time that I spend online nowadays. There are times that I won't visit some of the popular sites that I always visit daily because of the type of work that I do.
