When I am less busy, I sleep early. say maybe 9 pm and wake up by 5 am.
On busy days, I sleep 10 pm-12 am and wake up by 6 am the next morning
When do you sleep and wake up daily?
Most times, I sleep by 8pm as that is the perfect time to sleep so as to wake up early by 3am to start my activities for the day. Also, unless I took a siesta, sleeping early is a norm for me since I don't go out often in the night.
My sleeping time and waking up time entirely depends on my work schedule. Sometimes when I have to finish my work, I will stay late night and go to sleep only after I complete the work, which could 1 or 2 AM. Sometimes I wake up at 3 in the morning to start working.
