How do you kill boredom when you are lonely?

Being lonely is a very common thing especially when you are still single. It happens to me all the time because I have single for a long time now. The best way I kill boredom is playing video games and playing songs.
 
I never get bored. I am a workaholic, I work for 10-12 hours a day. Sometimes when I am not in the mood to work, I watch movies, TV shows, or play games. I also go for an evening walk, read books, listen to music, spend quality time in the garden, or even cook food.
 
I do two jobs a day and still come back to work online. I have a lot of responsibilities to take care of, so getting bored isn't part of my schedule. I might get tired but never bored.
 
Sleeping helps me to kill boredom generally. When I sleep off for 3 hours, there is no way I would wake up and still feel bored. It would be hunger to eat immediately.

If I'm bored, sleeping would be the last thing that my body would be able to do. It can't relax well enough for me to be able to sleep.

It's actually what works for me at this point for over 5 years now. I also tend to go out and meet with friends. There is no way I would get bored with my friends around.
 
I am one of those people which gets bored really easily. Even things like watching TV I get bored or restless. I tend to have a puzzle book (sudoko is my favourite) on hand to keep me occupied while having TV or a podcast on in the background. I also like to go for walks or do some exercise to pass time.
 
I play games on the TV whenever that I am lonely. That has helped me to feel relaxed and focus on beating my rivals on the game. Being bored can be tough, but, if you like reading books, you can also pick up a novel and read.

I can't forget how hard it was for me when I had a major heartbreak. It was as if my world was about to end because she was all I have. I never had much friends but her. When she left me, I was depressed for months.

If you have boring friends, it's still going to be the same thing. But when you have lively friends, they will add flair to your life and it's going to be very enjoyable. It's why I also love my friends, they are always explosive.

I bet people thought I was weird or something just walking around, or up to no good. But it's helpful to focus on other things.
 
I usually try and speak to friends online if I'm ever feeling lonely, or failing that I'll do something productive around the house or maybe just take some time for myself. I like to draw and read so something involving that would keep me busy and take my mind off being lovely.

I'd just search for things that make me happy and go from there to be honest!
 
If I'm feeling lovely then I'll just try and find someone or something to take my mind off things. Whether I try talking to a friend or doing some kind of hobby to keep my mind active. I hate being bored and being lonely bores me so I just try to do things, even if it's pointless or silly.
 
When I am bored and lonely I try to kill time with learning a new skill, doing exercise or reading. I think that keeping busy stops the feeling of loneliness from being so prominent. I think it is also good to use time that's free with doing an activity that will improve me in some way then I feel I have used the time well.

Taking a walk is a very good way for you to unwind and relieve yourself off stress depending on what you were doing that started stressing you out. I normally used to take a walk during the evening time when they when I'm stressed, so that I'm not going to feel hot as a result of the weather.
