I have been working tirelessly for the past two weeks and I feel my body is about to breakdown due to the stress on both my mind and body.
So it got me thinking about what I could do to relieve myself of the fatigue and get back on feet fully recovered , I already got a few ideas but I felt getting more ideas from members here would still help me as well.
