The fruits and vegetables in colors do good to the skin, mainly tomato, red capsicum, oranges, sweet potato are having plenty of flavanoids these will keep the skin fresh and tidy so consume them regularly. Fresh orange juice, fish, eggs and sprouts are also good for skin.


Vitamin C, B6, potassium, magnesium are plenty in Banana, by consuming Banana and by applying Banana paste to the face give best results. By consuming grapes will not allow to decrease the percentage of water in the skin and required water will be supplied to the skin.
 
When washing dishes, I use a little baking soda in my water. The baking soda helps from not drying my hands out. Leaves them soft.
