Have you had a full time job yet? What is it or rather what was your first full time job?

Is it anywhere close to what you want to do the rest of your life?

I've had a few jobs but nothing full-time yet. I'm looking but once I graduate I'll probably start looking a little harder. xD

Graduate college I presume? Or high-school?

My first full time job was as a basketball player, I was paid a small sum of money, got to live free in a hotel and eat in one as well :D
I would say my first job was really good :D

I believe we all have full time jobs, it's called life :P

but I've only worked part time so far (less than 28 hours a week) though I do extra jobs on the side to make up for it. When I graduate college next spring I will hopefully be getting a full time job.

It would be highschool. :P

Many workplaces here, even Taco Bell, require you to be 18 so they can run background checks. The only jobs I've had are side jobs helping people mow grass and what not.

Okay, jobs that pay you money because living life doesn't instantly make you money :P if it did that'd be neat haha

Oh wow...really? I wonder if that's true for where I grew up that's interesting.

Hey graduating high school is an awesome accomplishment haha I know I was pretty excited to be done with that mess.

I was a Surgical Technician in the US Air Force. Four years of living exactly how I was told. Four years of standing in an operating room assisting in the same surgeries with very little deviation. Four years of worrying about PT tests and which co-worker was next to stab you in the back.  I'm glad to be out.

No. I could not see myself in that job forever.  That would have been a nightmare.  I love the Air Force but there's something about working in a hospital that is just pure hell.  It's a different world then the rest of the force.

Nope.  I'm unemployed because I choose to be right now.  I'm choosing to get a degree in history.  That's my future.

Well mine is kinda on the edge of whether its considered a full time job since my hours sometimes vary, but I'm still at the my first one which is McDonalds. And heck no! I definitely want to do something different...just don't know what that is.

Yeah, it's pretty sad, and for the places that don't require you to be 18 are all booked since that's where everyone is going. xD

Yeah, I cannot wait be done with all this stuff. xD

I do not believe I have came across someone that would say that they'd love to work at McDonald's their entire life. Not to say there aren't people out there that really do enjoy working at the place but I have yet to meet that person.

Haha yeah. I mean sometimes it can be fun. I get those rare moments, but mostly don't care for it. But that's mostly due to annoying customers and annoying co-workers/managers.

My first full time job was building circuit boards. It wasn't what I originally wanted, it was just a job that I was working until I was old enough to do the job that I originally wanted.
