Do you use Google voice typing?

Google voice typing is a great feature set up in smartphone keyboard that enables users to use their voice as a means of typing inside of typing with their hands. With just tapping the microphone icon on the keyboard, it will be activated immediately. Once you talk, it types it in and ready for sending.

I have tried that once and it didn't go down well with me. It keeps writing rubbish for me. I don't know if it's something wrong with my pronunciation or the software is a complete garbage.

I work in the English language, however, English is not my first languge. Since it is not my first language, I am not very fluent in speaking English. If you are not fluent in speaking, voice typing will be dificult. That's why I don't do voice typing.

I have tried Google voice typing in the past but I found that it wasn't as accurate as I hoped it would be and sometimes it would pick up words I never said. Since then I have just typed out my own writing rather than using voice typing so that I know it is right and I do not have to go back and correct it anyway if it types it wrong.

I found out that using Google voice typing is a total waste of time for me. I will be saying a word, and the software will write a different one. So, I decided not to continue using it at that particular point in time as it makes no meaning to me.

I know how frustrating this can be when it comes to using Google voice typing. You will end up starting over again by typing the same thing. It's why most people don't like using it.

It doesn't always understand me well, so I just type my stuff in. Specially when sending a text, don't want to send the wrong words lol.

It's a very useful tool, but I'm so fast at typing that I don't need it. In fact, typing was the most useful class I had in high school.

There is no way you are going to make use of voice typing that it is going to be 100% correct. You will still have to edit it and put some punctuation before it will sound okay without any grammatical error.

I don’t use google voice typing. I prefer to put my own text in the search box and find what I’m looking for that way.

Google Voice typing really struggles to understand my accent. That's why I gave up on it. It is meant for native English speakers. It would have really helped to work faster online if I was able to use Google voice typing.
