Do you ever setup a catch all email address that acts as a kind of bucket for emails that get sent to the wrong or non-existant email addresses at all so nothing gets missed? I think that setting up a catch all isn't always a good idea as you can end up with a lot of spam getting through to you.
I understand that a catch all can be useful if you delete addresses you no longer need but then again it means you'll always get messages meant for other people. Who uses a catch all email and what's your use case for it?
