Money talks. Let's not be "holier than thou" and think only politicians can be victims. In the end, people get greedy and/or desperate and follow the cash.Politics is rife with corruption because they know that they can take advantage without any recourse. Especially in The US where lobbyists pay politicians to vote for or against their interests.
Politics is a tricky thing because there is always someone that will feel like they’re not being listened to. The only issue is most of the time it’s the ‘little guy’ that gets worse off.
