how can i change these???

For the Options, Attachments and Poll Creation, you need to change these images:
"root/styles/absolution/theme/images/bg_tabs1.png"
"root/styles/absolution/theme/images/bg_tabs2.png"
But note that it will change the images in the UCP too.

For the sidebars, you need to change these:
"root/styles/absolution/theme/images/shadow-left.png"
"root/styles/absolution/theme/images/shadow-right.png"
