beware Lambs Farm scam

In the NW burbs there are people going door to door collecting for Lambs Farm, only a call to Lambs Farm reveals the DO NOT collect door to door. We also notified the police.

The guy came through my neighborhood but we have a no solicitation/door to door sales sign on the door and he didn't knock. But it still freaked me out.

Last year I was at my inlaws in Zion and there was a knock on the door from someone trying to sell something (newspapers maybe) for Lambs Farm. I work there....when I told her that, she bolted. Sucks that these idiots have to use the name of a great organization that relies on donations to keep their doors open....
