This question is not only geared toward women, I am also asking this question to men. Whether you are a man or a woman, you need to remember one thing, being a feminist does not mean you have enmity toward men, what it actually means is you actually accept that men and women should have equal rights, they should be treated equally, and have equal rights.
I wouldn't say that I am a feminist but I am someone that wants all people, regardless to gender, age, identity to feel that they are looked on as an equal by others. I think that all humans should have the same rights and opportunities. Promotions, rights and life prospects shouldn't be dictated by anything other than a persons abilities.
I also am not sure whether I'd call myself a feminist because I feel like the only people that you read or hear about being feminist are the people with extreme views. Everyone should be equal and have the same opportunities, but I think there's better ways to go about that in my opinion.
