This is why he gets the med right before lunch at 11am. I would like to give it after but there is not enough time before the next sit down task is to be done. When he gets home he is ready to eat also instead of 6:30 at night. So hoping it is enough to get some weight on him.

I would have him keep a protein bar in his bag just in case. This is only for the time he really needs it. I also would do something he doesn't really like so he only eats it when there is nothing else.

The main problem is that he retains what little he does know so there is no regression. He is also getting good grades but only because he has an IEP so it is different from all the other students.
